Yesterday I met a friend in town who asked why haven’t I written any new posts lately. He is a keen reader of them and would like to read some more. I said that the latest two had been such heavy postings that it has taken some time to live them and to experience them fully. After it is done I can write some more, I promised to him. And this morning when I woke up I knew I had something important to write about. Read the rest of this entry »

Just a week ago I was on the brink of death. I went out to the beautiful forests around our house to clear the heavy thoughts of death and destruction hanging in my mind. But instead of getting cleared as usual those thoughts became only worse; for the first time ever my beloved forest became a dark dungeon alluring me with death. My life’s work had come to nothing, my writing had hardly touched anybody and my dream of fully shared love had just about vanished from my marriage. I was finished. I could just fall down and die, find my peace lying on the mosses of this great forest. Life was just too much for me… Read the rest of this entry »

These past days a Finnish word ”sovitusuhri” has popped up in my mind. It has insistently tried to tell me something, something immensely important, I have felt. I tried to find the English translation of the word, but could not google it the normal way. In Finnish ”uhri” is sacrifice and ”sovitus” is atonement! This I found out just now when I looked up the word! Etymologically atonement comes from at-one-ment, to be one with something. What could that One be? Read the rest of this entry »

Last night a piano-tuner visited our house to tune the old piano we had recently been given by a friendly neighbor. When the neighbor told us about the piano I was a bit uncertain whether I wanted to have it; I couldn’t even make sense of his explanation of what it looked like. It sounded oddly low in stature. But when I finally saw it I was amazed by its beauty. It was really just some centimeters higher than the level of tangents, but made of exquisite reddish tree with beautiful flowing structure. I loved it and it fitted well into our living room. Read the rest of this entry »

For the past couple of months I have been almost possessed by the fate of Germany during the two World Wars of the 20th century. I have read voraciously and realised that the Germans were duped or consciously lead to the two great wars for the specific reason of destroying the rising strength and culture of that nation, the very heart of Europe. The ruling Anglo-Saxon elite saw the possible union or co-operation of Germany and Russia as a concrete threat to their power based on the rule of the seas and the colonies thereof. Germany and Russia would, if united, have made such a strong force right in the middle of the Eurasian landmass, the so called Heartland, that it would have meant the eclipse of the Anglo-Saxon hegemony of the world. The prevent that a great plan was forged in the think-tanks of the British Empire. Read the rest of this entry »

For a long time I had no interest whatsoever for Germany or for the Germans. Yeah, I knew that they made great cars and other technology, but somehow the country itself or its people did not exist for me. Germany was somehow covered by an invisibility cloak, or by a cloak of an enemy for they were the bloody huns of the serial histories and films of my youth. Germans were the evil ones! Dear reader
It’s been quite a while since I have posted on my blogg. Living my life has demanded all my attention and I have also lately written mostly in Finnish, my mother tongue, as I have re-entered the Finnish book market after a 20 year pause. Read the rest of this entry »

I am currently working with the finishing touches of my new book to be published this coming autumn in Finland. “Rakkauden ja kuoleman tanssi” or The Dance of Love and Death is a delicate weave of my utterly intimate experiences combined with overarching visions of the shared wholeness of our life and humanity. It’s a powerful mix redefining the nature of a philosophical or spiritual book. Here’s “Erection of The Eternal Mind” as an example: Read the rest of this entry »

I was happy this morning. I received an article a journalist had been writing about me and my new book ”Alussa on ajatus” for the past months. She asked me to read it, to comment it and to rewrite that which I found necessary before she’d send it to be published as the first article in a new series called My Story. Now that the fearful winds of war are again blowing strongly in our world I find it important to see through the daily crises and find the patterns of war that lie behind the daily scenes of violence so eagerly shown to us by media. Why are there so many continuous conflicts and wars in our world even though we all know that war is just plain misery? Why do we fight with each other? Read the rest of this entry »
